FEniCS

This is a minor release of Viper, adding support for writing dolfin meshfunction xml files through the new write_xml method. Better support for specifying data formats on the 'viper' command line has been added as well.

A new version of Viper has been released. Several new features like scalar cut planes, cell and vertex numbering, and rescaling have been added. Extended support for visualizing numpy structures directly has been added as well.
