A new version of FFC has been released. The formatting of code has been optimized and a serious bug has been fixed.

DOLFIN 0.7.0
A new version of DOLFIN has
been released.
DOLFIN has now moved to the UFC specification for code generation.
Other notable improvements include support for BDM, RT and DG
elements, including jumps and averages over internal facets for DG
methods, run-time evaluation of basis functions and derivatives,
support for both UMFPACK and UFSPARSE, local mesh refinement, mesh
smoothing, built-in plotting (through
Viper), improved
Python bindings for the mesh, support for mesh partitioning
(through SCOTCH),
and many small improvements and bug fixes.

A new version of FFC has been
released. FFC now generates code conforming with the
UFC specification. Other
notable improvements include support for BDM, RT and DG elements,
including jumps and averages over internal facets for DG methods,
code generation based on quadrature speeding up the compile-time
performance of FFC (and gcc), new operators sqrt(), abs() and inverse,
simplification of forms, improved Python interface and code generation
for run-time evaluation of basis functions and derivatives.

UFC 1.0
Version 1.0 of the UFC interface
has been released. New releases of
FFC and
DOLFIN
supporting the UFC interface are expected to be released
shortly.
